Carrie Corsi, MS
Carrie comes to FidelityEHR with an extensive background in Human Resources, particularly in the area of employee benefits. This includes responsibility for plan design, testing, enrollment and administration; development of procedures and processes; reporting and compliance; and, communication of plan design and details. Carrie has been involved with HRIS implementation, and has been responsible for the administration of leave of absence programs in accordance with federal and state law and corporate policy standards (i.e. FMLA, COBRA, HIPPA, and Workers Compensation). In addition, she has been involved with all aspects of employee recruitment, onboarding/orientation, coaching and evaluation.
Prior to gaining a background in Human Resources, Carrie had a twelve year career in Retail Management/Administration/Training and Support. It was during this time that Carrie had an opportunity to observe and learn exceptional customer service skills. She studied and led training in the Servant Leader style of management; it is this framework that continues to influence her interactions with co-workers and clients, alike.
Carrie earned a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management. She also holds a Group Benefits Associate designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
