- While traditional behavioural health EHR utilization may act as an impediment, effectively structured team based coordination software provides an opportunity to improve youth outcomes. Both providers and system of care will learn how a team-based EHR can help improve fidelity to the 10 principles of Wraparound.
About the Speaker: Matthew Schubert
Matt is passionate about enabling public, private, and nonprofit organizations to collaborate, save time, and improve service quality and effectiveness. Matt is a social impact investor (Hill City Ventures) and serves as Chief Strategist for FidelityEHR. FidelityEHR is the first Team Based Care Coordination Software to participate in a Random Control Trial to demonstrate the ability of their software to improve Child & Youth Behavioral Health Outcomes. Matt is the author of "Rethinking Delivery of Health and Human Services," a foster parent, and he serves as the Vice-Chair for the Region 2000 Technology Council. He is a former Board Member for the Superstar Foundation.
Prior to FidelityEHR, Matt served in multiple leadership positions (including as CEO and Board Chair) for Social Solutions, a high growth SaaS company serving human service agencies. Under Matt’s leadership, Social Solutions grew more than 10x, earned Maryland Technology Company of the Year in 2006, and was named National Technology Company of the Year in 2007. In recognition of his leadership, Matt was selected as a TiE-Smith Fellow in Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Social Solutions in January of 2005, Matt led the emergence of the Federal Health and Human Services practice area for Microsoft Consulting Services.
