1. Introduction to the FidelityEHR platform
FidelityEHR provides a flexible repository of information on participating youth and families, facilitates communication and sharing of information between team members, aids in the supervision and evaluation of staff performance, and provides effective, real-time monitoring of costs, services, implementation and outcomes.
2. Intake & Assessment
FidelityEHR supports multiple assessment tools to identify risks and needs, support decision making, and aid in the development and improvement of individualized Plans of Care and treatment plans. In addition to the licensed assessment tools listed below, the flexible Assessment Builder provides the ability to build and deploy new assessments or refine and customize existing tools. All assessment data is easily accessed through the report builder, quick query and custom reports.
3. Team Management & Communication
FidelityEHR provides the ability to build and manage client/family teams, schedule and document team meetings, and facilitate communication to ensure each team member is connected and supported in their involvement.
4. Reporting
FidelityEHR provides multiple tools to quickly access data, build and customize reports including the ability for to create dashboard and ad hoc reports. Access to all of the reporting options in the FidelityEHR system are managed through role-based permissions. Users can extract and join information from related tables and easily format the style and presentation of the report, tables, and charts, etc. Users can view saved reports within their web browser and print from the screen as well as send to an email recipient. Reports can be exported from the Report Builder in the following formats: PDF, HTML, CSV, Excel, Word, and XML.
5. Security & Accessibility
FidelityEHR is browser agnostic and complies with HIPAA, FERPA, NIST, HITECH and section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. There are a multitude of policies and administrative controls for compliancy, including a Security Protocol and Procedure Manual to define compliancy to the aforementioned regulations. The highest level of security controls are access authorization procedures which are used to control access to applications and data at a number of layers assigned based on the minimum needed for a User to perform their duties. FidelityEHR controls access to the majority of applications at the User-interface level with restrictions based on a User’s role within their organization. The system incorporates unique Identifiers and access requirements for all Users at all levels within all Configurations.
6. Workflow
The unique architecture of FidelityEHR is designed to proactively support evidence-based practice models relevant to the field such as care coordination, wraparound, addiction service, transition services and any evidence-based team-oriented service model. The evidence-based practice model orientation comes with an established and recommended workflow which can be adjusted to meet customer needs with an easy-to-use Workflow Builder that allows customers to make changes to the workflow from the recommended default workflow and/or to rebuild and re-shape the workflow as needed.
7. Flexibility
The ability to collect customized data across multiple organizations is central to the intent and design of our product. FidelityEHR is designed to allow the User organization complete client management, using role and permission assigned access to all User organizations, participating sub-organizations, all records, all Users, all data, all User activity and system utilization through streamlined, user-friendly control panels. Organizations can adapt and customize existing configuration elements or use embedded builders to create custom service codes and categories, service provider records, report design capabilities, workflows, reminders, assessments, client records, etc.
8. EDI, Authorization & Billing
FidelityEHR uses embedded health information exchange (HIE) technology to mobilize, transmit and consume health record information electronically across data systems to support client care coordination.
