Kelly L Hyde, PhD, LPCC

Dr. Hyde is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FidelityEHR. She also oversees all technology design, development, customization, implementation, research, and evaluation at FidelityEHR. She earned her PhD in 2002 with an emphasis in social systems research and evaluation. She brings 30 years of expertise in the development and implementation data-driven systems of change. Dr. Hyde started Accountability Solutions, a comprehensive social science research, evaluation, and data-systems development Company in 1994. Her experience with advancing technologies in human services led to the development of numerous behavioral health related software systems and API’s.

In 2004, she established, Social TecKnowledgy, LLC., to develop and commercialize an innovative Electronic Health Record (EHR) for behavioral health systems of care. , community mental health services, and integrated physical and behavioral health settings. In 2015, the newly created EHR was rebranded as “FidelityEHR”, as part of the STTRII commercialization grant.

Dr. Hyde’s extensive clinical, research, evaluation, and technology development experience include work in many diverse settings to include hospitals, public mental health programs, public and private healthcare systems, public policy organizations, public systems change initiatives, educational settings, child welfare organizations, private mental health practice organizations and academic organizations

She has successfully combined her unique expertise in the behavioral health field to develop the first customizable Software as a Service (SaaS) product that is theoretically grounded in the evidence-based practice and research of high-fidelity care coordination.

For the first time an EHR for behavioral health has been designed to support service delivery, data collection for management, supervision, and multi-level data driven decision-making. Her behavioral health and integrated health software was awarded the STTR I and STTR II National Institute of Health (NIH) funding for development and commercialization.

Dr. Hyde resides in New Mexico and currently holds a clinical LPCC license in the state of New Mexico.
